Nurse education

All of our nurses and care staff are supported by a qualified, experienced educator.

Through our nurse education program, excellent support and ongoing advice is available through:

  • Undergraduate programs – work placements are available in diverse areas such as registered nursing, health promotion, enrolled nursing, social work and physiotherapy, personal care workers and allied health assistants.
  • Traineeships – These are offered to young people aged 18 – 24 who are seeking a qualification in Certificate III in Aged Care (Personal Care Worker).
  • Accredited courses – These are available to existing nursing staff to help them refresh on essentials – and they’re open to the public, too.

Throughout all of these programs, both today’s and tomorrow’s nurses and care staff are given the very best support and guidance; so that all of the community reaps the benefits.
