Pilates

Eco House Community Room
Based on floor exercises, women of all ages are welcome, from beginners to more advanced. 45 minute class with a qualified instructor. Mondays at 6.00pm Saturdays at 9.00am. Bookings are essential, call Marlene on 0429814410

KWR Men's Shed & Community Garden

Kooweerup Men's Shed and Community Garden are open Monday to Saturday from 9am. Specific activities include community gardening, youth mentoring, a fully equipped kitchen, library and computers. Shed activities eg: woodwork, metal work, family interaction and special projects. We also arrange excursions, trips and other social activities such as the local market. The billy is always on the boil! everyone is welcome
